It’s 2018, and apparently Anonymous is dead? “Give it a rest,” they say, or “put the mask away!” It’s 2018, and people on social media cringe at pictures of Guy Fawkes. It’s 2018, and the FBI openly mocks our brothers and sisters in court. It’s 2018… June 1st, and it’s a Friday. Fuck the FBI! It’s 2018, and Jeremy Hammond has been held since 2012! It’s 2018, and this will be Matthew Dehart’s 7th birthday spent in a prison cell. It’s 2018, and we’re still here! We are the Anonymous Solidarity Network, and until every Anon is free we will attest to the Anonymous creed. We do not forgive and we do not forget! Free them all!

We stand in solidarity!

We are the Anonymous Solidarity Network. We stand in solidarity with all arrested anons. We stand firm in our belief that hacktivists are not criminals and that hacktivism is not a crime. We stand in remembrance of Aaron Swartz as we say that information wants to be free and that those who liberate it are heroes. We set our sails in a sea of troubled waters and hoist high a black flag.

Welcome home Barrett Brown

Barrett Brown is free!  Finally, and upon release our friend wasted no time making his way to the nearest McDonald’s to take in the (apparently) missed delight of a greasy breakfast. More than 4 years of questionable confinement for a crime you didn’t commit, and being convicted of multiple, seemingly made-up-on-the-spot charges, can make a fella hungry.

Splendid Spoon is in need of support

Lauren Pespisa, aka Splendid Spoon, a friend to so many, has been jailed in Massachusetts.  You may recognize Lauren from the documentary The Hacker Wars if you are not already familiar with this beautiful lady.  All who know Lauren will attest to the love they have for her.  She’s been committed to change for as long as we’ve known her.  She is our family and at this time, she finds herself alone and in prison.  Lauren is in dire need of your letters of support and love.  We ask you at this time to please do not allow your comrade to feel alone and forgotten.  Grab a pen and paper and send her a message.
